New Wave promised a pool in 90 days and they delivered. They were fast, efficient and were great to work with. The New Wave crew changed our perception of pool construction. Most people said we would wait months or years to have a pool finished. From the day they began excavating to the day we jumped in the water was a mere 2 months. Of course there were tasks they had to finish up after water was in the pool, but we were able to enjoy the pool while they completed the rest of the installation. Everyone with New Wave was excellent to work with and responded promptly to any questions. Any concerns and problems were quickly addressed and taken care of in a satisfactory manner.

Five plus Stars for New Wave Pools – the whole process from start to finish. We don’t have a large backyard, but they were able to engineer a pool for us with stellar results.
NWPs overcame every obstacle that presented itself throughout the build and the results are simply epic. Andy, Ben, Chris, Caesar, Blake – etc. I wish I could recall all the folks who took part in the success of adding our pool.
On top of the results, we have to compliment the team for their constant communication throughout the build. They also seem to have good relationships with their subs and with the city.
Again, 5+ Stars to Andy and the whole NWP team!

Building a pool for my family was something that my wife has wanted for many years and has caused me a great deal of stress. From beginning to end, our experience with New Wave Pools was 5 star. They were responsive, professional, courteous, fair, and we are beyond thrilled with the result. The process was easy and fast. New Wave exceeded our expectations every step of the way. This pool has already logged way too many hours and fun and enjoyment. I give them my highest rating and would recommend 10 times out of 10.
