A Seamless Journey to Your Dream Home

Experience a seamless journey from start to finish. Our dedicated team will guide you through financing options, help you select the perfect floor plan, and ensure exceptional craftsmanship during the construction process. Move-in day will be a joyous occasion as you step into your dream home.

  1. Financing:

    Get pre-approved from our preferred lender to help start the process.
    • Use equity in your existing home
    • Determine down payment vs income, etc.
    • Determine monthly payment vs income

  2. Select a location:

    New Wave Homes are conveniently located throughout the St. George area. Walk our developments with a sales member to determine the best location for you or we can meet at your lot or future lot to discuss building opportunities.

  3. Design and Development:

    Select one of many floor plans in our developed communities, bring your own custom plans to your lot or future lot outside of our developed communities, or you can meet with a design team member to confidently design your dream home.

  4. Finalize Design Plans and Budget Review:

    In our developed communities, choose colors and other design features. If building outside our developed communities, we develop a budget and are committed to transparency, communication and doing our part to stay within budget.

  5. The Build:

    Our general contractors are highly skilled and experienced and will be onsite every day to oversee construction. Regular quality inspections are performed to ensure construction integrity and timelines are met.

  6. Moving In:

    Prior to closing you will have a final walk through and a new home orientation. You will then meet at New Wave Construction Offices to close, record the home and receive your keys!
